Privacy policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
We want you to feel good about following along with Oh, TyTy!. Here's how we handle your information.
What we collect
When you join our list, we collect the email address you give us, your agreement to receive updates, and the signup source. Our website host may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, to operate the site and prevent spam.
If analytics is enabled and you select OK, we also collect basic information about visits, such as pages viewed, device or browser type, and how visitors found the site.
Why we use it
We use your email to send updates about books, sneak peeks, activities, and other Oh, TyTy! content. We use optional analytics to understand visits and improve the website. We do not sell your email or share it for other companies' marketing.
Who sees it
The people running Oh, TyTy! can access your signup. Netlify hosts our website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
Once an email provider is connected, it will process subscriber information to send our updates. We'll update this policy when that happens.
If you opt into enabled analytics, Google Analytics processes basic visit information. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to retrieve those files, which can include your IP address.
Unsubscribe or request deletion
You can ask us to unsubscribe you or delete your signup information at any time by emailing hello@ohtyty.com. You can also use the unsubscribe link in our update emails.
We keep signup information while you choose to receive updates, unless we need to retain it to meet a legal obligation.
Children
This site is for parents and adults. Signup is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Cookies and analytics
When analytics is disabled, this site does not load Google Analytics or show an analytics consent banner. When enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you select OK. Selecting No thanks keeps it off.
We save your choice in your browser's local storage when available. If storage is unavailable, your choice lasts for this page visit. Use Cookie settings in the footer, when shown, to change your choice. Declining after accepting stops further measurement and clears analytics cookies accessible to this site; it does not erase information already sent to Google.
